Poor quality furniture
We purchased a Cindy Crawford Scottsdale sectional from rooms to go a year ago with the extra warranty Was told this particular fabric was great for kids and dogs We dont allow our dogs on the furniture 6 months into owning the furniture the cushions started to pill because the fabric is brown and tan woven together it looked dirty Tried washing, tried scraping tried everything to reduce the appearance of the pilling nothing worked reached out to customer service with rooms to go and they agreed to ship me new cushion covers for the longest time we kept covers on the couch out of fear of the covers pilling The aggravation of those not fitting correctly and shifting around just were more headache than worth so we took them off Within a month the brand new cushion covers started to pill yet again Called customer service and was told that it was not a manufacturing defect it was a care issue and that they wouldnt do anything this time that the first time was just a courtesy Beyond disappointed with this furniture and we paid way too much money to have to keep covers on it and deal with that aggravation DO NOT recommend this furniture to anyone ever!

I purchased a sofa from Cindy Crawford Home collection worse purchase ever made poor quality.
The issue that I have with the furniture is the poor quality. I purchased a sofa approximately three years ago and it looks like it’s ten plus years.
I don’t have small children or animals in the house. In addition, I keep the furniture clean.
I contacted Cindy Crawford customer service and they never responded. My suggestion to the public is not to purchase any Cindy Crawford furniture.

We have a leather collection that has faux leather between the pillows.. all worn off and it’s junk furniture.. rooms to go and ashley furniture are junk!$$!
